What I care about and what defines me.
As a designer and developer, I mix aesthetics with engineering to craft playful, human-centered experiences. I believe software should spark joy, curiosity, and wonder - turning mundane tasks into rewarding experiences.
I try to balance technical precision with creative design. My mission is to make our digital interactions less about efficiency and more about exploration, where small moments of surprise inspire users to play, experiment, and connect. By challenging conventions I aim to create, inspire and delight.

Big coffee fan
I take my coffee seriously (maybe too seriously). I love trying new types of exotic beans and visiting coffee places all over.
Current setup: A trusty handgrinder and a Chemex. Simple but effective. ☕
The 'Limburgse' language
A secret pride of mine is speaking Limburgs. A language local to the most southern part of the Netherlands. It is still quite common for people around here to speak, but sadly it is getting a lot less.
It is even recognized as an offical regional language!
Bouldering
A more recent passion of mine is the sport of bouldering. There's something very special about focussing your entire mind and body on a single thing: finishing a route.
For those interested, my current level is around 6A+.
The music I listen to
I'm a massive fan of both country and rap. Interesting mix, I know.
You can catch me listening to Kendrick Lamar, Charley Crocket, Eminem or Tyler Childers any day of the week.
Pluto is a planet
For some reason the fact that Pluto is not an offical planet in our solar system anymore does not sit right with me.
I remember being quite sad the day I found out it got demoted.
